A semi-sweet, rounded wine aged in wood with pronounced spicy and red fruit aromas.

Taste with game dishes in sweeter sauces (cranberry), wild poultry (pheasant, duck, partridge) in sauces with truffles and walnuts.
Grape pressing, fermentation in vertical vinifiers for 12 days at 24°C with parallel malolactic fermentation. Aging of each variety separately in large Slavonian oak barrels for a year. After aging, blending.
