Lemon yellow with green reflections.
It contains fruity notes of gooseberry, citrus, and passion fruit. Herbal notes include asparagus, freshly cut grass, mint, peas, and elderberry in the background.
On the palate it stands out for its pronounced freshness. It is medium-bodied and intense, with a crisp freshness that gives it energy. The finish is firm and broad, with fruity and grassy tones that complement its profile.

Grape pressing, must sedimentation, fermentation for 12 days at 16°C, storage on fine yeast lees for 3 months with stirring.
