Fruity notes of green apple, lime, gooseberry and pear are complemented by herbal nuances of cut grass, elderberry, tomato leaf and asparagus. Mineral notes of flint further emphasize the complexity of the fragrance.
The wine stands out for its pronounced freshness, which leaves a clean and pleasant impression on the palate. It continues with a serious, rich body and a long finish. The complexity and minerality of the wine are the result of carefully managed vinification, which highlights the full potential of the terroir from Feričanci. A completely dry wine, harmonious, harmonious and aromatically rich.
8–10 °C, in a medium-sized glass
Hand-harvested in the early morning hours from a carefully selected location. The entire vinification process took place under a strict temperature regime, from processing to bottling. The grapes at full phenological ripeness were fermented in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts adapted to the terroir. The wine was aged for four months on fine lees, with regular blending for added complexity.
