Fruity, full bodied with nice influence of wood that provides sweet spices and vanilla. Seducing taste with gentle sort structures of all blended wines.

Serving

At 16-18 °C in a glass for red wine.

Pairing

Ideal with cold starters of dry meat, ripe cow and goat cheeses. Excellent with meat specialties made of venison, lamb and beef as well as traditional spicy stews. Also, good combination with freshwater fish delicacies. Reduced sugar : 2,4 g/l pH 3,59 g/l Total acidity: 5,4 g/L

Vinification

After primary processing, maceration along with fermentation was done lasting for 12 days of each variety separately. In that period malolactic fermentation was carried out as well. When fermentation is finished, wine is moved to large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak (1000 and 3000 l) where it will age for 10 months.
